I'm Taylor

Fitness isn't complicated, but the internet makes it feel that way. I got tired of needing a dozen different apps to manage basic stuff: one for TDEE, another for macros, another for workout plans. It was noisy and it was annoying.

So I built this. One place for the calculators I use, guided flows that walk you through a goal, and AI plans when you want a starting point. Stick to the basics and stay consistent.

The numbers

Can you trust the number?

Reasonable thing to ask, since I am a stranger on the internet with a calculator. Here is what I can actually show you.

  • Every calculator shows its work. All 75 of them name the formula they use and say where the estimate stops being reliable. It is under "Learn the details" on any tool page.
  • 58 of them link a published source you can go read yourself, so you are not taking my word for where a threshold came from. The rest are plain arithmetic with nothing honest to cite, and I would rather say that than invent a citation.
  • Where a number touches a clinical line, it says so and points you at a doctor. I am not going to diagnose you from a body fat percentage, and nothing here is medical advice.
  • Every calculator works without an account. Not a preview, not a teaser with the answer blurred out. You get the number, and I ask about an account afterwards or not at all.
  • Anything you do save, you can take with you. There is a one-click export of everything I hold on you, and deleting your account really deletes it.

And the catch, since there is always supposed to be one: the calculators are free and staying that way, with no email gate. Pro is $9.99/mo for uncapped AI plans and the coach chat, and 1:1 coaching is $149.99/mo if you want a person rather than a page. That is the whole business, and it is why the math never needs to cost you anything.
