How are you doing, really?
Your answers are never saved. If you are signed in, I do let your recent saved results (things like recovery, stress, and sleep) shape the suggestions, but nothing you enter here gets stored. Just a few questions, and a personal read on how your day is going with a couple of things you might try.
Why this is here
Mental health is extremely important to me. It shapes your training, your eating, your sleep, all of it, and it deserves the same honest attention as any number on this site. A rough stretch shows up as skipped sessions and a motivation tank on empty; when your head is in a better place, the same plan suddenly feels doable. Checking in with yourself is part of the work, not a detour from it.
I am not speaking from the outside here. I live with OCD, ADHD, and anxiety, and they are with me every single day, not as a quirky footnote but as the thing I have to manage before I manage anything else. The anxiety talks me out of sessions before I have even laced my shoes. The ADHD makes the boring, repeatable work, the exact work that actually builds a body, feel impossible for weeks at a time. The OCD wants it all perfect or not at all, which is the fastest way I know to quit. I have had to learn to train anyway, eat anyway, and show up on the days my head is telling me it is pointless, and that is the whole reason this section exists. If you are fighting something similar, you are not broken and you are not behind. You are doing the hardest version of this, and it still counts.
Some days you just want someone to talk to. If that's you, reach out. You don't need a reason.
This check-in isn't medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for professional support. If you're struggling, talking to someone helps. These are free and open now.
